Ordering and payment
An order is concluded once payment is accepted. Payment is made by bank card through Stripe, which handles card data: no card data passes through or is stored on this site. You receive confirmation by email at the address given at checkout.
Delivery
Delivery is free in mainland France and across Europe, with no minimum order. In mainland France, processing takes 1 to 2 working days and shipping 5 to 7 working days, for an estimated total of 7 to 9 working days. For other European countries, delivery times may be longer.

Legal guarantee of conformity
Items are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity of two years from delivery. If an item does not conform, write to us: repair, replacement or refund is free of charge to you.
