Definitions

Customer: anyone who places an order on the site.
User: anyone who visits the site.

2. Data collected

Data provided when ordering: name, delivery address, email and phone number. No banking data passes through this site: payment is handled by Stripe.

Browsing data: IP address and technical data needed for the site to work. If you accept advertising cookies, information about the pages viewed and actions taken (add to cart, purchase) is sent to an advertising measurement service.

3. Use of data

Order management: preparing, shipping and tracking your order, and answering any complaint.
Advertising measurement (only with your consent): assessing the effectiveness of our ads.
Legal obligations: accounting and invoicing.

4. Cookies

This site does not offer account creation. It uses advertising cookies only if you accept them in the banner shown on your first visit; without your consent, no advertising tracker is loaded. You can change your choice at any time with the “Manage cookies” link at the bottom of the page. The payment page, operated by Stripe, may set cookies strictly necessary for payment security. 7. Retention

Order data: kept for the duration of the contractual relationship, then archived for the legal periods (up to 10 years for accounting records).
Consent choice: stored in your browser until you clear or change it.

8. Your rights
