Thirty days to change your mind

You have 30 days from receipt to return an item — longer than the 14 days required by law. No reason is needed.

Conditions

• The item must be in its original condition: unworn, unused, with tags intact and in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase must accompany the request.

How to proceed

Write to us before sending the item back, at contact@smaaks.com. We will tell you how to obtain the return label. Returns sent without a prior request cannot be processed.

Return costs

No restocking fee. Return shipping is at our expense if the item is defective, damaged or not as ordered; otherwise it is at your expense.

Refund

The refund is made to the payment method used, after the item has been received and checked.
